Service Patrol provides timely and proactive roadside assistance that significantly improves highway safety and ensures efficient traffic flow. Our operations are designed to clear traffic incidents, move disabled vehicles, and manage other potential traffic hazards swiftly and effectively. Comprised of specially equipped vehicles that patrol high-volume roadways and major work zones, the Service Patrol is always ready to assist motorists involved in minor crashes or experiencing breakdowns. This is a free service offered to motorists in select coverage areas selected by the State DOT and Turnpike Authority.
